Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 2 to 3 working days to be dispatched.
Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:
- JHB | 1 to 2 working days
- Cape Town | 2 to 4 working days
- KZN | 2 to 4 working days
- Eastern Cape | 3 to 4 working days
Crafted With Charm offers FREE delivery on orders over R750
Orders over R750 entitles the customer to 1x Free Delivery.
Free Delivery – Includes 1x shipping interval.
Standard – Includes 1x shipping interval.
Once an order is dispatched by Crafted With Charm it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. Crafted With Charm is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.
