When will my order ship?
We ship within 1–3 business days from our workshop in Gauteng, South Africa.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is R60 flat-rate nationwide. Orders over R700 ship for free.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not at this time — but we're working on it!
Can I choose locker pickup or use PUDO?
Yes! We offer door to door delivery as an option at checkout for your convenience and if you would prefer a locker please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–5 business days depending on your location and delivery method.

What are the coasters made of?
Each coaster is made from natural slate and laser-engraved for lasting quality and fine detail.
Can I buy a single coaster?
Yes! You can purchase individual coasters from our F1 Coasters
Can I customise a coaster?
Yes! You can personalise your coaster set with a name, date, or short message. Customisation is available as an optional add-on:
- 🖋 R25 per coaster — add a name, date, or race nickname
- ✨ R59 flat fee — customise a full set of 4
To personalise your order, choose the custom option on the product page and enter your message during checkout. We're happy to make it uniquely yours!
How big are the coasters?
Each coaster is approximately 10×10 cm — perfect for mugs, glasses, or display.
Are the coasters heat and scratch resistant?
Yes! The laser engraving is durable and each coaster includes rubber feet to protect surfaces.
Do the coasters come in a gift box?
All sets are packaged in recyclable kraft gift boxes — ready to wrap or give as-is.
Can I build my own set?
Absolutely! Visit our Build Your Own Set page to choose 4 circuits.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, secure checkout via Yoco.
How do I use a discount code?

Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes! Buy any 2 sets and get 10% off automatically. Custom or corporate orders can be arranged — contact us for details.

Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! All coaster sets come in recyclable kraft boxes that are perfect for gifting.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes — we're happy to include a personalised note with your order. To arrange a gift message, please reach out to us directly after placing your order via email, and we’ll make sure your note is beautifully included.
🔄 Returns & Support
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can return unused items within 14 days. Email us at info@craftedwithcharm.co.za.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
We’ll make it right. Contact us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued for qualifying returns once received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
